What I meant, instead of adding the projects and its components manually, we usually have them stored in a database. So, if we can link this MCAT tool to access database that can read from available list of projects. Is the only way to save those projects as a text file, and import them into the MCAT tool. Maybe, linking directly keeps the tool updated so no need to re-enter the data each time we got updated data. Will there be an intermediate file that can be used as a link file??? Thank you for your time and help Dr. Khalil Ammar -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... What you are suggesting is a very good idea and adds more flexibility to the product.?As MCAT is still under development we appreciate any suggestions that lead to an improvement of the tool. We collect and prioritise these and implement them when resources?will/should be available. I clearly see the problem that you have described and the benefits that are associated to?connecting MCAT to a database. As I said we keep your suggestion on a list but I cannot tell you when this functionality will have been implemented. Thanks very much again for your email; this is exactly the type of comments we need to improve MCAT. Regards, Oswald ? >> Dear sir, How can we optimize using MCAT by linking MCAT directly to a projects database, which is the usual case.
