[Fcfc e-group] FCFC hangs

I installed the latest version and loaded the 3 data files. When I try 
to run FCFC the program hangs almost immediately and does not produce a 
flow-duration curve. Just tested the same files on a different PC, 
perhaps an older installation of the program, and it ran ok
