Mels -- Minimum Energy Loss Structures

About Mels

English (USA)

MELS is a hydraulic design package for minimising afflux resulting from bridges and culverts. The program includes the design of inlet and outlet fans in addition to the stream crossing itself. The program also permits the performance of a structure at off-design flows to be assessed.
